Returns & Refund policy
Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of goods are non-refundable, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Dangerous products or flammable gas/liquids
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a damaged item for the same one, please contact us at contact@harveyrosscosmetics.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, we will send you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, the refund will be issued to the giver, who will be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation and Return Policy
As a customer, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 2 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. After the 2-hour window, orders can no longer be canceled or returned as our automated systems have already processed and shipped the order.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded before delivery. In cases of delivery errors or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods to process a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
